Chambray

Chambray ThumbThis fabric has the appearance of very fine denim, with a plain weave using colored warp and white weft.

Hailed as one of the most popular fabrics this season, Chambray makes great shirts, jeans, tunics, shorts, boxers and pull-on pants.

Linen Chambray is a fine-quality version of this fabric and used in many taylored garments (such as the tunic modeled by Kim Betzina below).
