I’d like a lesson about my surger. I have a Babylock but only overcast seams. I know it can do a lot more than that. thanks.

Please do a show on swim wear and also active wear, including the topics of building in bras. I have seen the one there where Sandra shows how to put an existing bra into a suit, but what about sports tops that typically have a shelf bra? It would be nice if it would cover the variety of new fabrics — with wicking, and UV protection, etc and which needles and threads we should use.. They have details like piping that stretches and zip pockets, mesh vents. I’m doing my best to copy what I see in ready to wear, but I would love Sandra and Ron’s expert advise on this topic.

I would love for Ron and Sandra to do a show on making a travel wardrobe. I find it challenging to pack to feel fashionable and still have functional clothes that will stand up to site-seeing and varying weather conditions.

I would love to learn draping. I can’t find anyone in Arkansas to teach it.

I would like to see a program about alterations for ready to wear garments. I always have gaping at the waist on skirts and pants and would like to make them fit as custom made.

Hello, I would like a lesson on “ruching.” I purchased Sandra’s Vogue patterns V1197 and V1061. Both feature this ruching technique. I’ve tried sewing this technique in the past, only to have failed. The gathering came out uneven. I don’t know what went wrong. Please, a lesson on ruching would be great! Thanks!

I would like a lesson on a notched collar and any tips when using heavier weight tweeds such as Linton.

    Sandra & Ron,
Please show us the best way to finish edges on knits. Sure, we can all put bias around a neckline, but seeing it done so that there aren’t ripples and stretching all over the place would be really helpful. I’ve almost given up on knits because no matter what I do, the neckline always looks amateur! Thanks so much.

I’d like a show on zippers. Mine often seem placed slightly incorrectly at the top – either too high or too low. Also, how can you put a zipper in a dress or top with a yoke and get the yoke seams to line up perfectly from back left to back right? And get through all those thicknesses? Thank you.

I would love to see a show on how to do notched collars on jackets/shirts and a shawl collar

I’d like to know more about zippers. I hear that there’s a way to insert an invisible zipper AFTER closing the seam. Also, how do they get those zippers to go around three corners of a tiny little wallet or pocketbook? A whole show on zippers would be useful. Thanks!

I would like to see a lesson on coat making.
