I’d like to know more about zippers. I hear that there’s a way to insert an invisible zipper AFTER closing the seam. Also, how do they get those zippers to go around three corners of a tiny little wallet or pocketbook? A whole show on zippers would be useful. Thanks!

I’d like a show on zippers. Mine often seem placed slightly incorrectly at the top – either too high or too low. Also, how can you put a zipper in a dress or top with a yoke and get the yoke seams to line up perfectly from back left to back right? And get through all those thicknesses? Thank you.

Please show us the best way to finish edges on knits. Sure, we can all put bias around a neckline, but seeing it done so that there aren’t ripples and stretching all over the place would be really helpful. I’ve almost given up on knits because no matter what I do, the neckline always looks amateur! Thanks so much.

Hello, I would like a lesson on “ruching.” I purchased Sandra’s Vogue patterns V1197 and V1061. Both feature this ruching technique. I’ve tried sewing this technique in the past, only to have failed. The gathering came out uneven. I don’t know what went wrong. Please, a lesson on ruching would be great! Thanks!

I would like to see a program about alterations for ready to wear garments. I always have gaping at the waist on skirts and pants and would like to make them fit as custom made.
