ASDP Lifetime Achievement Award

I spent some fun times in Minneapolis this past October being the student, instead of the teacher, during Association of Sewing and Design Professionals (ASDP)‘s Annual Conference. I took some wonderful and eye-opening sewing, illustrating, etc. courses. Thank you to my instructors for the new knowledge: Judith Baer, Sarah Veblen, Rae Cumbie, Helen Haughey, and Joyce Hittesdorf. You can never know enough.

I also want to the thank everyone at ASDP for awarding me the 2015 Lifetime Achievement Award. It is an honor when my lifelong love for sewing can be used to teach and inspire.

Cheers, Sandra B.

Here are a few pictures taken by photographer Karen Bengtson during the conference banquet and when Sandra was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award which was heavy but beautiful!
