Your beautiful workmanship and your re-purpose of a scarf that you would probably never wear, re-purposing it into something which will be perfect for cold days in Canada was great. The Vogue 1569 tabard is not only spectacular but looks great on.
Fabric is a Mobious Shawl in hand woven wool, silk and mohair. The contrast is leather.
Fabric is a medium weight poly blend tapestry. Visit her blog for more details on sewing process of her V1569 tabard, SewPassionista by DIANA.
Main fabric is a double sided, quilted poly/cotton sweatshirt-like fabric with metallic threads. The second fabric is a rayon/spandex knit, used for the band and part of the sleeves.
Fabric is nuno- felted merino wool roving in black and white onto some silk chiffon in a leaf pattern. Black Ponte knit for the sides of the back and front. The tabs and covered buttons were cut from some of the remaining felted wool.
Fabric is raincoat fabric from Marcy Tilton. The lining is silk charmeuse.
Main fabric is a luscious knit which I imagine is polyester. Contrast panel is Ponte.
