| Q: How much is it to ENROLL? |
| A: We have 2 enrollment options: $75/Year or $5/Month . A new show is added every other Thursday. On average, the shows are 15-18 minutes in length and there are no commercial interruptions! |

| Q: Before I enroll, can I see a sample show? |
| A: Yes! You can view sample shows on our HOME page as well as in our WebTV Blog: Embellishment With Bias Strips, Success With Multi-Size Patterns and Elegant & Easy Pillows. |

| A: We have over 40 shows available in our archives. Click here to view a List of Shows. |

| Q: What program do I need to view the shows? |
| A: You will need Adobe Flash Player to watch all of the Web-TV shows. Adobe Flash Player is a free plug-in that delivers great video experience to both PC and Mac users. To download Adobe Flash Player click here. Be sure to specify which operating system you are using when you download the player. |

| A: Go to our ENROLL page. You can also contact Power Sewing at 415-846-2434 and we will get you all set up by phone. |

| A: PowerSewing accepts payment by phone, by mail or via Pay Pal. |

| Q: How do I change my password? |
| A: •Sign In with your User Name and Password issued to you by our system. •Once you are in the Welcome To Our Community Page, scroll all the way to the bottom and click on “My Account”. Your new password must be 7 characters or more. •If you are having trouble changing your password, send us an email at support@powersewing.com and we will do our best to assist you. |

| Q: What is the difference between a Student and Member/Subscriber? |
| A: A “Student” is someone that has enrolled in Sandra’s WebTV Show. A “Member/Subscriber” is someone that has registered for our site and has the ability to participate in our Community Forum, submit garments to our Garment Galler, comment on Posts and submit stores to our Fabric Map. Students automatically have all of the benefits of members/subscribers. |

| Q: How do I purchase Sandra’s Books and DVDs? |
| A: Sandra’s Books and DVDs can be purchased directly from Power Sewing. Power Sewing accepts payment by phone, by mail or via Pay Pal. If you choose, Pay Pal, you will need to have a Pay Pal account. Go to www.paypal.com for more information. |
