Q: How much is it to ENROLL?
A: We have 2 enrollment options:  $75/Year or $8/Month . A new online class is broadcast every other Wednesday/Thursday. On average, the classes are 15-45 minutes in length and there are no commercial interruptions!
Q: Before I enroll, can I see a sample class?
A: Yes! You can view sample shows on our Free Episodes page.
Q: What subjects are in your archives?
A: We cover over 210 subjects which are available in our archives. Click here to view a List of Classes.
Q: What program do I need to view the classes?
A: You will need Adobe Flash Player to watch all of the Online classes on PCs. Adobe Flash Player is a free plug-in that delivers great video experience to both PC and Mac users. To download Adobe Flash Player click here. Be sure to specify which operating system you are using when you download the player.*Now available to view on mobile devices including iPads and iPhones (no need for Adobe Flash).
Q: How do I enroll in the online classes?
A: Go to our ENROLL page. You can also contact Power Sewing at 415-846-2434 and we will get you all set up by phone.
Q: How do I cancel my recurring subscription/automatic renewal?
A: All of Power Sewing’s payments and automatic renewals are processed through PayPal. Please cancel through your PayPal account, click here for instructions on how.

Q: How do I change my password?
A: •Sign In with your User Name and Password issued to you by our system. •Once you are in the Welcome To Our Community Page, scroll all the way to the bottom and click on “My Account”. Your new password must be 7 characters or more. •If you are having trouble changing your password, send us an email at and we will do our best to assist you.
Q: What is the difference between a Student and Member/Subscriber?
A: A “Student” is someone that has enrolled in Sandra’s Online Classes. A “Member/Subscriber” is someone that has registered for our site and has the ability to submit stores to our Fabric Map. Students automatically have all of the benefits of members/subscribers.

Q: How do I purchase Sandra’s Books and DVDs?
A: Sandra’s Books and DVDs can be purchased directly from Power Sewing, click here. Power Sewing accepts payment by phone, by mail or via Pay Pal. If you choose, Pay Pal, you will need to have a Pay Pal account. Go to for more information.

Q: What types of stores can be listed on the Material Map?
A: Our goal is to make this the ultimate fabric and sewing material resource map. To achieve this goal, we are relying on our community to submit stores to us. Fashion Fabric Stores, Quilting Fabric stores, Notions & Trim Stores, Sewing Machine Dealers and other Sewing Resources are all welcome!
