I want to make some clothing items with an acetate nylon blend – like the fabric that Chico's and Coldwater Creek use for their 'Travelers' line of clothes.

I looked in "Sew Any Fabric" but it references acetate as in lining materials it seems.

I am recently re-entering the world of clothing sewing and am new here. I wonder if this sort of acetate blend material needs any special handling …. tissue stabilizing…. that sort of information before I but any fabric and start ruining it !! Many thanks
