Whatever adjustment you made on the body you can do on the sleeve by just cutting the sleeve apart at at the underarm sleeve dot. Cut from the dot to the bottom of the sleeve. Let the sleeve spread only at the dot whatever you added to front and back bodice. Keep the sleeve from spreading at the bottom. Now when you put the sleeve in, it will be the same size. Good idea for a show.

Hello Sandra,I had like to learn how to alter a princess seam patern WITH SLEEVE, how to alter the body is ok for me but what hapens with the sleeve that isn't.It will be great if you make a show about that.Thank you.
