I am having some difficulty doing the long sleeves
(view B) on Vogue 1197. The instrctions indicate matching a middle circle as the half point of the elastic. The cirlce that I see seems too far up on the sleeve. I attempted this way and there was not enough elastic—I stretched as far as I could. Is there another way to get this done?
